Access authorization

To assess and clean your site, I need access to it. This document explains what I can and cannot do with that access. You accept it on WhatsApp, with the sentence at the end of this page, before sharing any password.

1. Who authorizes

Whoever accepts this authorization confirms they are responsible for the site or have permission from the person responsible to grant access.

2. What is authorized

• During the free assessment: access to the WordPress dashboard with an administrator user. You can create a user just for me and delete it later.
• After the 50% upfront payment: access to the site files (FTP, SFTP or SSH), the database and the hosting panel.

3. What the access is used for

Only to assess the site, perform the service described in the quote and handle the guarantee. Nothing else.

4. What I commit to

• Make a full backup of the site before any change.
• Not copy, sell, disclose or use data from the site or your customers for any other purpose.
• Keep the safety backup only until the guarantee ends, then delete it.
• Change every password I had access to on delivery, or tell you which ones you need to change.
• Tell you if I find signs of a personal data leak.

5. What stays with you

• Send working access details and tell me if the site has a store, payments or sensitive data.
• Not change the site during the cleanup without checking with me.
• If personal data was leaked, notify the authorities and the people affected when the law requires it. That duty belongs to the site owner.

6. Limits

• No cleanup can guarantee a site will never be hacked again. What applies is the guarantee described in the quote.
• I'm not responsible for changes made by other people during or after the service, or for failures of the hosting server.

7. When access ends

On delivery, when the passwords are changed, or whenever you ask. If you need a new cleanup during the guarantee, you send me new access details.
